Sara Gowin, RN
Founder of Peace of Mind Mental Health Group, PLLC

Sara Gowin (she/her) is a Registered Nurse and the Founder of Peace of Mind Mental Health Group, PLLC. She is currently completing her Master’s program to become a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Sara is a Women’s Mental Health Specialist with extensive expertise in trauma-informed care. She has long served as an advocate for victim-survivors of sexual assault in Lancaster County, where her work has been rooted in compassion, empowerment, and advocacy. Her clinical experience spans inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and interventional psychiatry, equipping her with a comprehensive and collaborative perspective on mental health care. She is particularly committed to supporting LGBTQIA individuals, ensuring that every patient receives affirming, inclusive care where they feel respected, supported, and understood.

Connor Swan, MSW, LCSW
Lead Clinical Therapist | Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist

Connor Swan, (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Lead Clinical Therapist at Peace of Mind Mental Health Group, providing virtual therapy to clients across Pennsylvania. She has experience supporting adolescents and adults across the lifespan through life's challenges, including youth crises, family stressors, and dementia-related concerns.

As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, Connor brings a provides neurodiversity-affirming care using strengths- and abilities-based interventions. Her work centers on relationship-building, conflict resolution, and evidence-informed talk therapy.

Stacey Sockel, MSW, LSW

Stacey Sockel (she/her) is a Licensed Social Worker and therapist at Peace of Mind Mental Health Group, PLLC. With extensive experience in both hospice care and crisis intervention across Lancaster County, Stacey has supported individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable and meaningful moments. Her work has been defined by a commitment to compassion, resilience, and empowerment.
Stacey is passionate about delivering affirming, person-centered care that ensures every individual feels respected, supported, and valued in their mental health journey. In her leadership role, she collaborates closely with clients to integrate compassionate, holistic support into the broader care model at Peace of Mind.

Christie Robles
Office Manager

Christie Robles brings over 20 years of leadership experience to her role as Office Manager at Peace of Mind Mental Health Group. Throughout her career, she has worked with intention to help bridge gaps in access and better support underserved and underrepresented communities. Her work is guided by a commitment to advocacy, BIPOC communities, and more inclusive access for Spanish-speaking clients.

With a background in leading regional teams and managing complex operations, Christie has supported sales, referrals, and service initiatives while building strong, people-centered teams. She is known for her ability to create efficient systems, support growth, and foster trust through clear communication and follow-through.

Grounded in a commitment to mental health and equity, Christie supports the day-to-day operations of the practice and helps ensure that clients and clinicians feel supported from the very first point of contact.
