Come as you are. Unapologetically Us is a free, monthly support group for LGBTQIA+ adults (18+), offering a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space to connect, share, and feel supported. This group is rooted in community and lived experience, creating space to explore identity, relationships, mental health, and navigating environments that may not always feel affirming. Led by Sarah, Certified Peer Specialist, this group is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and person-centered support. In partnership with Lancaster Pride, we are committed to creating inclusive spaces where individuals feel seen, respected, and supported—both in group and within the broader community. Registration is required and space is limited. Reserve your spot early. Group Guidelines To help create a safe and supportive space for everyone, what is shared in group stays in group (confidentiality is expected). We ask all participants to show respect. This is a judgment-free space. Discrimination, hate speech, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated. Participation is always at your own comfort level.
